Just uped my sql server to 24GB of ram from 12gb, It helped a bit. SQL Specs:

Sometimes the site is quick,but for the most part it is fairly slow
According to appinsight:
compilations/recompilations are high (1.06)
work files created/sec are high (65.93)
worktables created/sec are high (19.49)
