In the fed IT space, you'll hear lots of talk about implementing v6 or v6-support. It's mostly a paper chase, though. Some agencies have satisfied the requirement by turning on IPv6 at the border, but the internal network is blissfully unaware that anything other than v4 exists. LGarvin is dead on; until people see a compelling reason to move to IPv6, they'll be happy with their v4.
