deverts and jreagan, you raise an interesting point about putting your trust in a single piece of software. It's a personal choice as to how much any of us choose to trust a particular tool, but a DDI tool I agree, is one you have to be able to put much faith in. I guess controlling other software is like automating any process - it's always a little nerve wracking to have to put your faith in the software to get it right! The question ends up being whether the risk of the software getting it wrong is higher than the risk of an individual getting it wrong (remembering that within reason, any tool is only as good as the data put into it).
