Mail Trigger Condition; Include Name of Multiple Objects

Created a copy of high response time; added "Alert can be triggered if 5 or more objects at the same time have met the condition";

Added an email trigger action.

Not sure how to include the names of the specific nodes encountering the issue. Have tried a number of combinations but can't seem to get the email format correct.
