Routing neighbors not being displayed.

Hi,

I have no training on Solarwinds, I am a beginner. I have taken over management of a Solarwinds box and I am trying to poll a router that does not support the current BGP polling we are doing.

I have a Cisco ISR4451 and I can't seem to display the Routing Neighbors for this device in Solarwinds. It is polling with the correct OIDS. I followed the steps here -

I can snmpwalk and when i check the OID it displays the neighbors. When i check the node page though I have no BGP information.
