You don't change it, the nodes table tracks the last time the node was polled as being up.
I got into my lab and tested it for syntax, this one worked
datediff(mi,lastsystemuptimepollutc,getutcdate())>60

So it won't display any down nodes until they have been down at least 60 minutes
