Some of it can be done with the reboot/uptime OID as zzz mentioned, which gives you information like Last Boot under Node Details. Some of it can also be accomplished with your Advanced Alert thresholds, for instance not triggering an alert unless a condition exists for a set amount of time. There are a number of ways you can accomplish it. Where I just left, we did not alert on node reboots, but we had a Daily Reboot Report that we scheduled to delivery to admin groups at 7am every morning so that all of the reboots can be reviewed for any issues.
